At The Fitzroy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repackage your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible and the parcel is sealed tightly.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
